The Quran (Chapter 53) An-Najm سورة النّجْم

An-Najm In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful By the star when it disappears, (or vanishes). (1) Your companion (Muhammad S.A.W) has neither gone astray nor has erred. (2) Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. (3) It is only a Revelation revealed. (4) He has been taught (this Qur’ân) by one mighty in power [Jibril (Gabriel)] (5) (Jibril — Gabriel) appeared in his real shape and became stable. At-Tahrim In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful O Prophet! Why do you forbid (for yourself) that which Allâh has allowed to you, seeking to please your wives? And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (1) Allâh has already ordained for you (O men), the absolution from your oaths. And Allâh is your Maula (Lord, or Master, or Protector) and He is the All-Knower, the All-Wise. An-Naba In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful What are they asking (one another about)? (1) About the great news, (the Day of Resurrection), (2) About which they are in disagreement. Al-Inshiqaq In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful When the heaven is split asunder, (1) And listens to and obeys its Lord — and it must do so; (2) And when the earth is stretched forth, (3) And has cast out all that was in it and became empty, (4) And listens to and obeys its Lord, and it must do so; (5) O man! At-Tariq In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful By the heaven, and At-Târiq (the night-comer, i.e. the bright star); (1) And what will make you to know what At-Târiq (night-comer) is? Al-Ghashiya In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)? Al-Bayyina In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, were not going to depart (from their ways) until there should come to them Clear Evidence― (1) A messenger from Allah, rehearsing scriptures kept pure and holy: (2) Wherein are laws (or decrees) right and straight. (3) Nor did the people of the Book make schisms, until after there came to them Clear Evidence.
