At-Tur In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful By the Tur (Mount); (1) And by the Book Inscribed. (2) In parchment unrolled. Al-Waqia In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. (1) And there can be no denyial of its befalling. Al-Hadid In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful Whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Allâh, and He is the All-Mighty, All-Wise. (1) His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, It is He Who gives life and causes death; and He is Qadir (the only One, the Owner) of all things. Al-Hashr In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allâh. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. At-Tahrim In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful O Prophet! Why do you forbid (for yourself) that which Allâh has allowed to you, seeking to please your wives? And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (1) Allâh has already ordained for you (O men), the absolution from your oaths. Al-Maarij In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful A questioner asked concerning a torment about to befall (1) Upon the disbelievers, which none can avert, (2) From Allâh, the Lord of the ways of ascent.
