The Quran (Chapter 88) Al-Ghashiya سورة الغَاشِیَة

Al-Ghashiya In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)? (1) Some faces, that Day, will be humiliated (in the Hell-fire, i.e. the faces of all disbelievers). (2) Labouring (hard in the worldly life by worshipping others besides Allâh), weary (in the Hereafter with humility and disgrace). (3) They will enter in the hot blazing Fire, (4) They will be given to drink from a boiling spring, (5) No food will there be for them but a poisonous thorny plant, (6) Which will neither nourish nor avail against hunger (7) (Other) faces, that Day, will be joyful, (8) Glad with their endeavour (for their good deeds which they did in this world, along with the true Faith of Islâmic Monotheism). Al-Fajr In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful By the dawn; (1) By the ten nights (i.e. the first ten days of the month of Dhul-Hîjjah) [], (2) And by the even and the odd (of all the creations of Allâh)[] (3) And by the night when it departs (4) There is indeed in them (the above oaths) sufficient proofs for men of understanding (and that, they should avoid all kinds of sins and disbeliefs)! Al-Balad In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful I swear by this city (Makkah); (1) And you are free (from sin and to punish the enemies of Islâm on the Day of the conquest) in this city (Makkah)[] , (2) And by the begetter (i.e. Adam A.S.) and that which he begot (i.e. his progeny); (3) Verily, We have created man in toil. (4) Does he think that none can overcome him? (5) He says (boastfully): “I have wasted wealth in abundance!” (6) Does he think that none sees him? (7) Have We not made for him a pair of eyes? Al-Qaria In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: (1) What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? At-Takathur In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), (1) Until ye visit the graves. (2) But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality). (3) Again, ye soon shall know! (4) Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (Ye would beware!) (5) Ye shall certainly see Hell Fire!
